SxC Blessing in color

So, is Ignitus marrying them or granting them blessing for marriage?  And since this would obviously happen after Malefor’s defeat, isn’t Ignitus supposed to be the new Chronicler?  Overall, it’s a good picture, it just has a few plot holes that confuse me.
